Major health system credentialing (UT)
- University of Utah Health (Salt Lake City): 120–150 days academic. Utah's primary academic medical center — NCI cancer center (Huntsman), Level I trauma, Primary Children's Hospital (Primary Children's is technically PCMC, a distinct entity with 120–150 day credentialing), transplant program.
- Intermountain Health (Salt Lake City / statewide UT/ID): 90–120 days large regional system; operates 25+ hospitals across UT and ID. One of the most clinically advanced integrated systems in the US. Highly structured credentialing process.
- HCA/MountainStar Health (Salt Lake / Utah Valley): 75–90 days community credentialing across several SLC metro hospitals.
- Utah Valley Hospital / Intermountain (Provo): Part of Intermountain network; 90–120 days.
