The Site is a searchable directory of US healthcare providers. It is provided for general informational purposes to help people find providers and learn about the field.

About the directory data

Provider listings are built from the public NPPES NPI Registry published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. We present this public data for convenience. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or accurate, and a listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any provider.

Always confirm a provider's credentials, licensure, and availability directly before relying on them. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass, contact, or market to listed providers in violation of law;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site or its data by automated means without our written permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or
• misrepresent the data or use it to build a competing directory in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, original content, and software are owned by Ava Health and protected by applicable law. Underlying NPPES registry data is public. You may use the Site for your own personal or professional reference but not to republish or resell our compiled content.

The Site may link to other sites we operate or to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.
