Our data is sourced from the NPPES NPI Registry maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and updated regularly to keep listings accurate.
Provider Directory
The Ava Health Provider Directory is a free, publicly searchable database of healthcare providers across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Search by state, city, specialty, or NPI number to find detailed provider profiles including credentials, taxonomy, and practice location.
For Recruiters
