Vermont endorsement fee is $120. Pay through the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation portal.
Submit Nursys verification
Request electronic license verification from your current state through Nursys. Vermont participates in Nursys.
Complete background check
Vermont requires fingerprinting for a criminal background check through IdentoGO.
Await board review
Vermont Board of Nursing processes complete applications in approximately 4-8 weeks.
Renew biennially and complete CE
