Wyoming CRNA License 2026: APRN Requirements, Full Practice Authority, Salary
Wyoming is a full practice authority state for all APRNs including CRNAs. No physician supervision or collaborative agreement is required, and Wyoming has opted out of the federal Medicare CRNA supervision requirement. Wyoming has no state income tax — one of only seven states nationwide — providing a substantial take-home pay advantage. Wyoming is also the least populous state in the nation; CRNA positions are limited but competition for them is correspondingly low. Wind River Reservation IHS positions offer federal employment with loan repayment eligibility.
