What we see at Ava Health
Texas is one of our top 3 placement states by volume. DFW and Houston dominate by deal count, but San Antonio, Austin, and Lubbock are growing markets. The oil-patch West Texas market (Midland/Odessa, Amarillo) pays premium for primary care and EM — often 20–30% above national median.
The IMLC fast-track is well-known in the TX recruiting ecosystem. Major systems like Baylor and HCA routinely start credentialing before the TX license is in hand, using the IMLC LOQ as provisional authorization at some sites. Confirm this with the system's credentialing coordinator before relying on it.
