NP Salary Expectations (2026)

| Urgent Care | $115K-$140K | Often includes shift differentials |
| Women's Health (WHNP) | $105K-$130K | OB/GYN practices, L&D coverage |

| Acute Care (ACNP) | $120K-$150K | Hospital-based, may include call |
