Nevada CRNA License 2026: APRN Requirements, Practice Model, Salary

Nevada CRNAs are licensed as APRNs by the Nevada State Board of Nursing. Nevada operates under a collaborative practice arrangement model — a physician collaborative arrangement is required in most settings. Nevada has NOT opted out of the federal Medicare CRNA supervision requirement. Las Vegas is primarily an ACT market (high surgical volumes at major Strip-adjacent hospitals); Reno, Elko, and rural Nevada communities use CRNA-independent models. Nevada's no-state-income-tax status provides a meaningful compensation differential versus coastal markets.
