What we see at Ava Health
Hopkins and UMMS are the most sought-after placements in MD but also the most document-intensive credentialing processes. Budget 5–6 months lead time for academic positions. The DC-suburban MD market (Montgomery, Prince George's, Anne Arundel counties) is among the most affluent in the US — primary care, psychiatry, and subspecialist demand is very strong. Eastern Shore (rural) offers geographic premiums for primary care.
