• Baptist Health (Louisville / statewide): 90-120 days Catholic community system across 8 hospitals statewide.
• University of Louisville Health (UofL Health): 120-150 days academic. UofL academic medical center with trauma and cardiology strength.
• Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH): 75-105 days. 11-hospital system across Eastern KY/WV Appalachian coalfields, highest HPSA density in the state, significant incentive programs for primary care.
